General terms and conditions of business

§ 1 Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between CoffeeMachinePro.com (hereinafter "Seller") and the customer via the online shop. Any differing terms and conditions of the customer are not recognized unless expressly agreed to in writing by the Seller.
§ 2 Contractual Partners & Conclusion of Contract
The purchase agreement is concluded with CoffeeMachinePro.com, Gontardstraße 9, 10178 Berlin, Germany.
By listing products in the online shop, the seller makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded by clicking the order button. After submitting the order, the customer receives a confirmation email.
§ 3 Prices & Shipping Costs
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
- Delivery time: 3–4 working days after receipt of payment
- Processing time: 1 business day
§ 4 Payment Terms
Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the shop (PayPal, credit card, etc.). The goods will be shipped after full payment has been received.
§ 5 Delivery & Shipping
Deliveries are made to the specified delivery address within Germany and EU member states. Delivery time is 3–4 business days after receipt of payment, plus 1 business day for processing. If no delivery date is specified, delivery will be made within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract in accordance with § 271a of the German Civil Code (BGB).
§ 6 Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.
§ 7 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period is 2 years from the date of delivery of the goods in accordance with § 438 para. 1 no. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Additional manufacturer's warranties may apply to coffee machines and accessories – please refer to the respective product documentation for details.
§ 8 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. We offer an extended return policy of 30 days from receipt of the goods. Please see our cancellation policy for details .
§ 9 Limitation of Liability
Claims for damages are excluded unless the breach of duty was intentional or grossly negligent. This exclusion does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
§ 10 Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ . We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings.
§ 11 Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
